Using the storefront

Use this site lawfully. Do not disrupt service, bypass security, impersonate another person, misuse personal information, or reproduce protected brand materials without permission.

Listings and orders

Review product details, images, options, prices, tax, and shipping before ordering. A submitted order is an offer to purchase and remains subject to authorization, availability, address review, and acceptance. Clear errors may be corrected without limiting legal rights.

Shipping and returns

Delivery follows the Shipping Policy. Under the Refund Policy, qualifying defective and non-defective new goods may be returned or exchanged by mail after a request within 30 days after delivery. The package includes a free prepaid label, no restocking fee applies, and an approved refund is initiated within 10 days.

Rights and updates
