When will an order ship and arrive?

Processing normally takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated carrier transit is then 4–6 business days after dispatch.

May I return a change-of-mind purchase?

Yes. A qualifying non-defective new item may be returned if it remains new and unused. Defective new items may also be returned, and exchange requests are accepted, when the request is made within 30 days after delivery.

How does return mailing work?

Obtain approval first, then mail the item to the confirmed address. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

When is an approved refund sent?

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting by a bank or payment provider may take longer.
