Refund Policy

Eligible new items

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective new goods, and we accept exchange requests. A non-defective item must be new, unused, and in its original condition with packaging, tags, and included parts. Damage, defects, wrong shipments, missing parts, or a material description mismatch can also be reported.

Thirty-day request window

Contact araratmags353@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, and reason; photographs or video help document a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item.

Approval and mailing

Wait for approval and the accurate return address before mailing anything. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing or lost, ask us for help. An included label does not replace the approval step. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges and refunds

Exchange fulfillment depends on review and available inventory. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post the credit.

Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
