Order preparation

After payment authorization succeeds, we usually prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Weekends, public holidays, address review, and unusually busy periods can extend this estimate.

Carrier transit

Once dispatched, a parcel normally spends an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier disruptions or severe weather may cause delay.

Destinations, rates, and tracking

Available delivery destinations, services, charges, and any offer appear in checkout for the specific cart. When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the order contact details.

Delivery problems

Check an address carefully before ordering. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered-but-missing parcel, email araratmags353@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details so the shipment can be reviewed.
